Shipping Policy

Every Hewn piece is made to order. When you place an order, production begins, and that takes time we think is worth it.

Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

How long it takes

Production takes 2 to 5 business days from the time you order. Delivery is typically 3 to 6 business days after that, so expect roughly 7 to 11 business days from order to doorstep. During launches and holidays, production can run a day or two longer.

You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email when your order ships. Orders with more than one item may ship separately, since items are sometimes produced at different facilities. You will never be charged extra when that happens.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Address errors

We print and ship to the address you enter at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email support@hewn-apparel.com as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to correct it before production starts. Once an order has shipped to the address provided, we cannot redirect it.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after shipment, or the package is marked delivered but has not arrived within 3 business days of that scan, contact us. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and reship or refund your order.
